ayecan-samples-page-0Ayecan Change’ is NEW online programme being developed that helps you to recognise the patterns behind your eating and helps you to establish eating habits that allow you to manage your weight in a way that feels good for you.

No fad foods, just some effective tools for life that support you to change your approach to food and put you in charge.  Cravings under control, negative thoughts under control and food under control.   Simple.

Help me to help you and complete a short survey about your frustrations managing your weight. This new programme has been set up as a Social Enterprise supported by First Port.

Use the BMI calculator to check out if you should be concerned about your weight. BMI stand for Body Mass Index.  This approximates the ratio of fat in your body compared to your mass.  If your BMI is above 25 then you are in the ‘overweight’ range and this extra weight is likely to cause you health problems.

    Healthy food vans. Serving hot and cold nutritious food, tea, coffee, healthy shakes/juices
    Nightly working initially with the citizens advice bureau delivering hot healthy food (in exchange for tokens obtained that day) for FREE to people in great need.
    offering training and employment to the local community.
