Use the BMI calculator to check out if you should be concerned about your weight. BMI stand for Body Mass Index. This approximates the ratio of fat in your body compared to your mass. If your BMI is above 25 then you are in the ‘overweight’ range and this extra weight is likely to cause you health problems.
